The Pruitt-Igoe Myth:
an urban history
Destroyed in a dramatic and highly-publicized implosion, the Pruitt-Igoe public housing development in Saint Louis has become a widespread symbol of failure among architects, politicians and policy makers.

"A captivating and visually compelling reassessment of the precipitous decline and staggering collapse of the modernist public housing project. The movie’s object is to dispel, rather than perpetuate, historical fantasy.” |
